Absolutely horrible customer support!
Absolutely horrible customer support!! The plugin itself works fine but these guys do not reply to tickets. Even when they do, it's just a tutorial or link to an FAQ which doesn't answer your question. And you need to wait weeks for an answer, IF THEY DECIDE TO ANSWER YOU. I raised close to 4-5 tickets and it's been more than 2 months and nobody has replied even after following up on each individual ticket 2-3 times.Would give zero stars if that was possible.

Customer Service = Crickets
I had two separate issues that I needed help with and couldn't solve using the FAQs. I reached out to customer service and.. crickets. I still haven't heard back regarding my first issue and it's been weeks -- so I switched to someone else who has FANTASTIC customer support. I don't have time to wait for days or weeks to maybe get a response. And all via email, which is filled with back and forth. I prefer live chat any day! Glad I switched.

I'm saving money with Elementor Pro because I can create my websites at no extra cost.

Decent page builder but as a pro user my biggest turn off is this... you better not get any problems because they offer:NO SUPPORT, NO SUPPORT, NO SUPPORT, NO SUPPORT, NO SUPPORT!!!I've submitted tickets and all I got was a:Thanks for contacting us!
