They don´t have support at all
They don´t have support at all! If you´re starting your site anew it might be a great product. If you´re transitioning from another format to Elementor, your life will be hell and the company will NOT HELP YOU AT ALL.

No Customer Support team at all.
I am a Elementor PRO user, but I am literally sick of it, no support team or whatsoever! considering you have to pay ( not free) I have been wasting my time trying to find solutions and this plartform literally take your moeny and forget about you! unexisting customer support!

Very happy with elementor
Very happy with elementor, we do all our sites with it now. If you get stuck there is plenty of information on the internet or just contact an Elementor expert.

This is the worst company out there
This is the worst company out there! I Have issues for more than 60 days i open tens of tickets and no one is answering! When i post on facebook groups that elementor have, they remove my message cause groups are not issue solving related!!! WHAT ELSE I CAN DO!!!

Elementor Pro is one of the most recommended applications that are meant to build websites.

Good product but lacking of support
I have purchased the pro version that would allow me to design websites for my clients without needing a developer. Although I am very happy with the product, very easy to use, drag and drop... what can possibly go wrong.My problem is with their support or lack of. Being a designer and not a developer I had a lot of questions, there is no forum where questions can be asked and answered. Well worth the money
Well worth the moneyI've was using the free version of Elementor for my site and it helps immensely. While I have basic coding skills I couldn't make the designs look as decent as they do with all the features without this.I recently upgraded to the pro version at the time just for use of the contact forms however I've found the template library so helpful especially now I can create sections that have everything ordered and looking good.I do not have a designer's brain in any capacity so ...

We have been using Elementor since…
We have been using Elementor since January but their support has dropped off significantly as of late. We purchased one of their professional plans as we use the builder across various websites. But after the latest ugprade my header template was blown away and now shows unsupported. I had to revert to a previous WP Native header, and after 2 days Elementor has been dead silent.Everyone is trying to pivot and Elementor is asleep at the wheel. Answer your support tickets.
