I love the product but customer support…
I love the product but customer support just sucks. Takes days to reply and then only regurgitates the website FAQ. Just pray that nothing breaksI hope this review will compel management to improve this area.

Very Poor Customer Support
Very Poor Customer Support. I have an issue, but from the last 5 days, there is no response from Elementor.This is not the first time, every time whenever I need support, NO timely support by Elementor.

I find elementor not good at all
i know everybody is fond of Elementor but I find elementor not good at allAt this moment i use elementor pro, i will continue because i am too far in the develloping of my website to go back.- the menu is very chaotic you can find the same kind of applications on different places;- the effect of one button is not always the same on different objects on my page- very often i build a page, with text en forms, then i am importing a picture and everything collapses- it gives an impression of ...

I find elementor not good at all
I find elementor not good at allThe menu is very chaotic, like sometimes you have to adapt your fond in the menu 'style' but the content can be found under another menu. I have to look for hours to understand the logic. At the end i make a webpage that could be acceptable but i have the feeling by the wrong means and that while looking at my website the whole content will collaps.No i wouldn't buy it againJan Biebaut

They want you to pay for support
I had a technical issue with elementor and went to contact support and found out that because I'm a free member they won't give me support so they basically expect you to pay them money to buy premium for them to turn around and say something like all you've got to do is uninstall and reinstall the plugin.This is rubbish.I am very disappointed as I have always loved elementor and have never had any bad experience with them.

They don´t have support at all
They don´t have support at all! If you´re starting your site anew it might be a great product. If you´re transitioning from another format to Elementor, your life will be hell and the company will NOT HELP YOU AT ALL.
