What is Eko Health?
Eko Health sells digital stethoscopes with AI running on the heart sounds and a 3-lead ECG they capture, assessing for structural murmurs, atrial fibrillation, tachycardia and bradycardia and low ejection fraction at the point of care. The SENSORA platform is the health system offering, and the hardware range includes CORE 300, CORE 500 and a co-branded Littmann model, with telehealth streaming and record integration. It is sold to individual licensed clinicians, nurses, paramedics and students as well as to health systems, with a separate veterinary line. The vendor states it holds 10 FDA clearances and describes Eko AI as FDA cleared software containing screening algorithms that assist clinicians in detecting suspected abnormalities, adding that AI findings are not a diagnosis and that the product is for licensed healthcare professionals. No clearance number is given. Eko Health is the only vendor in this category that publishes a software price: the standard tier is free and Eko+ is 119.99 dollars a year.
