Conforming with Compliance

What do you like best? Secure, cloud-based storage. Not much else. What do you dislike? Insufficient support for Mac. Syncing folders on my Mac & eFile would be valuable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None that I can do on my own.

Easy and fast

What do you like best? I love the way E-file cabinet is set up, and how easy it is to use. I'm able to find invoices for customers while I'm talking with them on the phone, and there's not a lot of lull time while I'm searching. I can go straight to the file that I need, and everything is there just as I filed it. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of a down side to using E-File Cabinet. This beats using the old office file cabinets any day! What problems are you solving ...

Great digital files at your finger tips

What do you like best? I like being able to access the digital files in a few short clicks then immediately have access to print, or email. You can add a password to the email file also. What do you dislike? There have been a few glitches that I had to have them on the phone to fix. What do you like best? Organization is easy and we can get everyone in our company easily on the same page with the same file repo! What do you dislike? Training videos would be helpful for some! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Secure file storage, organizing documents, giving permissions based on need to employees, and overall just a simple to use file repository.
