Compliance Vetted Document Storage

What do you like best? Fairly easy to use while still providing robust search and storage functions. What do you dislike? Sometimes retrieving documents for the local server can take a while for large files sizes Recommendations to others considering the product: Gets the job done for compliance approved document storage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problems solved for us was a compliance approved method to store documents.

Great software, could use a little fine tuning though

What do you like best? It's simple to use, load your docs, name them, and you're done What do you dislike? There's a lot of extra clicks to move docs from one folder to another because it auto expands areas you're moving to or from. Loading a large number of documents also takes longer because of having to drive down into each drawer then files within that drawer. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease with which files can be accessed, uploaded, saved and duplicated beats any other electronic filing system available. Ease of Use

What do you like best? I like the fact that our company built it to fit our needs for document storage. It holds all of our clients with room to add more and more. We can print directly to it from any program and all employees have access to the documents centrally. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that it isn't completely compatible with ProSeries software for tax preparation.
