Simple and efficient to use.

What do you like best? What I love about eFile Cabinet is how easy it is to use. I often find that I have a bunch of scanning to do all at once, since I tend to save it up and do it in batches. Great product, does the job.

What do you like best? Being a multi-user program it allows us to all function as a real team. The software allows constant real time updates and lets you know what the conditions are when accessing the same document by multiple users. What do you dislike? Fairly easy to use basic function, but requires a lot of research/training to use advanced features.

What do you like best? Very easy to organize and find documents that have already been saved. What do you dislike? Advanced functions (establishing a pre-determined workflow, templates, securedrawers, etc.) are not easy to figure out and require watching a lot of YouTube videos to attempt to figure out. Amazing product backup by superior support

What do you like best? Easy to find documents. Everything can be sorted and indexed to make it simple to find what your looking for. Plus, multiple people can access documents, unlike paper files. What do you like best? Support handled update problems in 20 minutes and accessed my server to make all changes needed.
