EasyShip Woocommerce Plugin
We are using EasyShip on our Woocommerce website, sequentmicrosystems.com. They have good rates with multiple international carriers. We have the latest version of Woocommerce. The plugin displays the message that it has not been verified with the Woocommerce version. Subsequently, it disconnects periodically, it displays error messages and so on. An update would be required. Hence the 3 stars.

Missed initial pickup However satisfactory overall
Missed initial pickup as per arranged by the system, after contacting them, parcel was picked up. Then it seemed to take a week to get from Melbourne to Sydney, before leaving for country of destination. Once there, the parcel was delivered in good time. Happy my parcel did arrive, though I think timing could be improved.

Quality service
Quality service, fair local prices and great customer support. Would love fairer international pricing since I have to resort to other mailing services for those but its a very decent service domestically.

We needed to install, setup and connect
We needed to install, setup and connect to a courrier. We have been able to install, setup but not connect to the courrier(DHL Express). Without the rate from this courrier, our user cannot get the tracking, and a good price.For about to weeks now, we have been unable to get in touch with Easyship's support and we are now seriously considering to go to one of your competitor.Have a nice day.

Posting here because they're not replying to my emails
Easyship doesn't reply to any emails, they don't even read them. The only response I received from them was after I reviewed them here yesterday and even then it was clear that they didn't check any of the emails I sent. They will only reply to reviews here because they want to look responsive to potential customers.They have my shipment at UPS’s facility according to their platform but they are not delivering it. This shipment should have arrived on December 8th… that's right, a month ago! ...
