Easy to use and connects with my store so I don't have a type all the customer details again. This leaves less room for error. Also like the variety of courier services, especially the variety of prices.

The customer support is very good, though some aspects can still be improved

The customer support is brilliant, they reply quickly and are willing to help. However, they seem a bit limited when it comes to gather information from the couriers. The state that it's due to the Basic Tracking services that they cannot get info regarding a parcel, but I believe there can be done more investigation when it comes to parcels stuck in the distribution centers for example. So I'd suggest to be more persistent in the collaboration with the transporters - previous experiences ...

So far my experience has been wonderful. The only problem I have is my computer automatically upgraded and made my printer obsolete, so I am waiting for the new printer to print out a label.

Easyship = SCAM. Will lose your parcels, deliver in weeks instead of days, make your customers hate you, charge your credit card without consent and refuse to be accountable for anything

Very short version : Liars and scammers who are not only extremely disorganised and unaccountable but will fraudulently charge you without your consent and knowledge and then proceed to blame it on you and refuse to refund what they illegally took from you.Short version : If you have a business and need logistics, stay as far away from Easyship as you can.They lied, charged me without my consent for months, when I found out by random luck by looking at my credit card statement they first ...

Generally great but with some gripes

Overall, Easyship has really helped streamline my online business so there are no major complaints and I can readily recommend this to anyone looking for some logistics help. Having said that, there are some minor issues that I wished were fixed/improved, for example:1) there's no API integration with Shopify regarding shipping rules (e.g. free shipping over $100) so that if you use coupon codes for discounts instead of manually altering the prices within Shopify to reflect the discounted ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their online platform looks quite smooth, they can ship to most countries in the world, they integrate with Shopify.
