Easyship Review
Easyship works really well and offers plenty of shipping options for your business. My only issue with the platform has been the inconsistency in Customer Service response times. Sometimes it is remarkably fast and helpful; others it takes a long time to receive responses and they are incomplete. Overall, I do like the platform and how it communicates with our store to process our shipments.

MIssed pickup by agent
MIssed pickup by agentAramax didnt pick up the parcel for a few days. When I contacted Easyship, they responded right away and alerted Aramax for the pick up. Even update me on where the parcel is.

Useful but extremely bad service when something goes wrong
Pros: syncs with our e-commerce platform which makes creating shipments easy and convenientCons: 1. when shipments go missing, it's up to you to get in touch with the courier companies as Easyship can be extremely unresponsive and does not seem to care (since they are just the middleman). 2. in the last month, we had two instances where our parcels were mixed up with other customer's of Easyship's and the labels were swapped, so our customers never received the items they ordered. A nightmare of incompetence - they lost my goods
The level of incompetence is unbelievable and on a level that I have never witnessed before. I own a start-up business and used Easyship to send a shipment of inventory to the warehouse. It’s been over a month now and it still hasn’t arrived. The customer support is useless and after two weeks into the problem, they simply began ignoring my emails. There are no phone numbers to call and everything now is in the hands of their customer support…which are ignoring me (including the head of ...

Really, it's easy to ship!
I'm am extremely glad for the positive experience I had on my first time doing an international shipment. Or for any kind shipment for that matter. I love the interface, easy to navigate and edit. Many courier options to Asia (more to come I hope!) and I love that it takes the guesswork out of the shipping costs. Thank you for making international shipping easy to understand and accessible (thanks for the free plan!) without the need to survey various courier options myself!
