I love your platform and how it works
I love your platform and how it works. Yet, when it doesn't, waiting time can cost money, especially if I can't print a label and this last time was just that. I would love a forum for connecting to other users if you can't get back to me quickly enough to solve a problem. I am a different kind of user because I carry a huge variety of one of a kind goods and sometimes they are too big for your service. But wow, what you offer is still unique and useful for sure!
