Extreme customer negligence
Edited: 23/2/2021The point why I’m posting reviews on Trustpilot is because your customer care had stopped answering my emails once the problem started and the person that I had a number for had blocked my number and any other number I would call from. The fact that you’re simply waiting for UPS to bring the lost box to you is not a solution, it’s doing absolutely nothing. Satisfy Response
Response within 24 hours. Although it's not accurately answer but the customer service is able to point out the address is a PO Box & that's why the courier I want to choose is not available. That hinted to me the customer enter the address incorrectly so that the system misinterpret it as a PO Box address. Once I manually fixed it, then it all worked out.Thank you for the help!

I love printing labels from Homs and it…
I love printing labels from Homs and it is easy with Easy ship. Only thing i don’t like is I have to click on a lot of things to be able to print my label. Also there ou a lot of thing’s that if they could autofill it would be better.
