I love duolingo

I love duolingo, its free unless you want like the premium version and i have an ad blocker so i dont have to worry about gettings ads all the time. Its pretty easy to use and i learn better. i dont think duolingo can be used to become amazingly fluent in any language but its a great start.

I am a beginner

I am a beginner. I use this to learn Korean. Its cute image is a plus, also its audio. However, the lesson is somehow so advanced without a detailed explanation. Thus I hardly catch up the lesson.

I've been using duolingo for week and so far loving it i decided to pay for membership because I was enjoying learning. I think the bad reviews are down to the free use as you don't get as many benefits as becoming a member but its only £4.99 a month so not the end of the world when your investing in yourself 😅

Not the best, but free and useful.

Duolingo is a very good free program to learn many languages. You choose a language, and from basic to advanced there are a number of levels that you pass only by learning what is exposed. My native language is Spanish and I also read, write, and speak 96% English (100% not even Americans). I learned it on my own without lessons, through songs on the radio, song lyrics, dictionaries, television, and newspapers, and with a lot of effort and dedication because the Internet did not exist. Now ...

"Duolingo is a great language app"

What do you like best about Duolingo? Their format is in a quiz form and it helps you to pick up grammar and vocabulary quickly. You also get to make sentences and learn grammar in a fun and easy way to understand. What do you dislike about Duolingo? Nothing that I can remotely think of, it works well for me. I have so far managed to go through all their levels of learning and master the basics of the language that I choose. What problems is Duolingo solving and how is that benefiting ...

I'm enjoying learning German with Duolingo, but I find the fact it's clearly aimed at the American audience very annoying. I hope that there will be a Duolingo app aimed at the UK audience soon.

With the learning of French I give the app 5 stars, I knew some of the language from having done it in school years ago. However I started learning Korean from knowing nothing, I don’t see how learning about a fox’s entrance or cucumber or cucumber milk is going to help me converse with people when I visit in September.
