We have 50 remote users who do their work on the road, disconnected from the network.

What do you like best? We can dynamically change the backup settings, not only for WHAT is being backed up, but also for use of CPU, etc. Everything is automatic, even the warnings for those who have not connected to the network recently. Also, we back up to an on-premise storage so we can be sure the data is not getting away from us. What do you dislike? Some confusion over setup of backup groups Recommendations to others considering the product: Envision uses that even Druva ...

Druva inSync Cloud - Set It and Fortget

All can administrative tasks (configuration changes, upgrades) can be done centrally through the administrative console. Email alerting for possible issues (no backup for x days, configuration errors) can be sent to both administrators and end users. PST backup that allows for block level backup of large pst files rather than the entire pst blob. Block level backup, so only ...

The ability to track the last successful backup of the end-user. The support has been great help. What do you dislike? Losing the ability to continue with the Perpetual license. Being in the education environment there's no guarantee of continuing budget and the Perpetual license was the perfect model for ...

Great for endpoint backups and excellent service.

What do you like best? Druva inSync is one of the only endpoint backup products that gives us the option for an on-premises install. The backups are fast and efficient and easily managed. What do you dislike? Migrating the product from one server to another was not as easy as we expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a backup solution for our off-site laptops which allowed them to be backed up to our data center. ...

inSync Review from lead engineer

What do you like best? I love inSync is able to backup our laptops very easily. It means backup operations finish in a short time because of de-duplication. And now we can backup SaaS apps like Office 365. That is great helps for us. What do you dislike? inSync has limited reports only. Competitors like box are able to report richer. And unfortunately, on-premise servers are not especially good. Master server doesn't have redundancy, edge servers can't use load balancer like F5, and ...
