Set it, Deploy it, Forget it

What do you like best? Simple integration into your existing single computer or entire enterprise of computers. Fast, low impact backups and restorations. Easy to use but powerful portal with detailed information that is easily navigated through. The ability to have a local cloud cache or be entirely cloud based. The best Encryption and Backup Solution I have found

What do you like best? I have found that Druva Software is not only easy to install but easy to mange. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is the fact that I didn't find it earlier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solve the problem of End users not backing up their laptops and losing data by the automated schedules of backup. We can also stop Data Loss by the remote deletion and tracking.

Great backup solution, easy to manage/integrate.

What do you like best? I like the integration with AD and the ability to map using profiles. The profiles allow you to map using OUs and select different server locations (for different GEOs) for better up/down speeds. What do you dislike? The interface can be confusing, and AD mapping is not always straight forward. However once you get past the learning curve, things become substantially easier. What do you like best? I love the simplicity for the end users. Once things are setup and running they take care of everything. It is rare that they call in for help with a restore or adding a folder. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to set it up so that a top level folder is configured on the server side, and the user could deselect sub folders under that top level folder. Really a minor annoyance. What do you like best? Beautiful GUI and easy to use system. Customer Support was extremely helpful! What do you dislike? If a user lose a phone and has not opened Druva in the past few hours/days. Ease of Use and Just Works!

What do you like best? Only had one issue in the last over a year. It is great and great service! What do you dislike? I already discussed this with them - when there is a problem or the service is down it would be nice to have a email sent out to inform us of that instead of having to create a ticket and wait.
