Druva inSync allows my mobile users to be truly mobile

What do you like best? Druva's backup client is easy to deploy and through profiles on the admin console it is also easy to specify the data you want to backup. The key to this though is the ability for users to recover their own data, this prevents a call to IT and decreases the user's non-productive time. It also allows you as an admin to have complete assurance that these backups are occurring through the reporting features. What do you dislike? I have not found anything about this ...

What do you like best? Customer service with the product knowledge was superb. The amount of time that it took exceeded our expectations to get setup and into production. What do you dislike? Backup, simple and complete

What do you like best? Druva InSync is extremely simple to use and nearly 100% automated. You can be as selective as you want and choose only which file types or even which folders get backed up. The interface is nice and clean, and very simple to perform a restore. Great product for the every-day users like me! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Manageability of this product is so easy. I love the interface and the is very straight forward to making changes. setting up users, deploying via GPO, making changes after the deployment, Mac support using Windows wildcards. What do you like best? Its very easy to configure, the learning curve for anyone new to the software is minimal. The backups are very fast and you never notice a decrease in machine performance when they are running. The maintenance of the software is very minimal. What do you like best? The ability to have the backup hosted inside our facilities. What do you dislike? It happened once that, if an update was needed on the server, there was data corruption after and the product was not functional until we got in touch with Druva. What do you like best? it syncs as per the need efficiently and quickly. What do you dislike? after deleting user or device, there should be option to retrieve the data in some period of time.right now, if we delete ,its gone ,no way to get it back.
