The best e-commerce marketing automation
What do you like best? I love how modern and easy to use Drip is. It integrates seamlessly with my shop. What do you dislike? Customer service is slower than I’d like. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend switching - it’s the most comprehensive solution I have found. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can create custom experiences for my customers and increase shop sales via email.

What do you like best? drip's functionality, the analytics and the ease of using a template What do you dislike? I wish I was able to create sublists based on what image/link the customer clicked on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we've been able to create more engagement with customers and track what types of emails work best.

I used Drip's Custom Dynamic Content feature and it was great for my company!
What do you like best? I like Drip's Custom Dynamic Content feature. What do you dislike? The support team was slow at times. Also if you use the live chat, you can't click away or you will lose your chat history and place in line. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer support is slow at times. Custom Dynamic content is great.

Many options and ease of use for SME
What do you like best? Drip helps my client, who's not technical, to realize her basic goals: growing and engaging with customers. From a technical point of view it's not rocket science. Many features are straightforward and a plus side are the automations flows which was a surprise to me since I'm used to enterprise solution in the past. What do you dislike? Small business owner loves drip!
What do you like best? I love the workflow automations and how easy they are to set up. What do you dislike? It's a little bit of a learning curve for anyone who isn't tech-y. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using Drip for a 2-year long membership site with AccessAlly integrations. I no longer have to do anything at all when a new member signs up.

Drip is great for setting up email campaigns and seeing their engaged with the website.
What do you like best? Easy to manage email subscriber list and see activity What do you dislike? I find the dashboard a bit confusing but is easier as time goes one Recommendations to others considering the product: Drip is great for setting up email broadcasts and campaigns. Love the e-commerce focus
What do you like best? Easy workflows to build and segment various email lists. What do you dislike? Does not integrate as easily as other email providers with some Wordpress plugins. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to target our email campaigns to specific audiences, and we have been able to customize our messaging for each target segment.
