Top notch customer service, quick bug fixes and always improving
What do you like best? #1 is the customer service and chat. Always hyper responsive in my experience especially through the shifts of COVID What do you dislike? Need a more detailed dashboard with attribution at the product level. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Robust flows and great visual builder upgrade for quick execution of campaigns.

Visually appealing ESP and ECRM
What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and has enough functionality to help me get done what I need to. E-commerce automation and custom workflows are solid and easy to use. What do you dislike? I wish that it was easier to customize the emails we are sending out. I know the builder is fairly intuitive and I still wish I had more control over the WYSIWYG interface Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that its core functions meet your ...

I love the Segmenting and Visual Workflows
What do you like best? The visual workflows allow me to see the flow that the subscriber will go through. This makes it easier to think about a specific case or set of actions and know exactly what will happen next. Imagining this stuff is just too overwhelming, you need to see it. What do you dislike? The pricing tiers are pretty steep between levels. The difference between 2499 and 2500 subscriberes is almost double. That is not ideal for small businesses with smaller lists just ...

Stop hacking it out -- just use drip
What do you like best? Before using Drip, our teams would always write some internal "follow-up email" script to send out engagement emails to new users. This "worked", but we were always stuck with a simple system that was hard to update and expand. In comes Drip... wow. Drip supports all of the "logic" we already needed for sending emails, plus many many more options. Our follow up email campaigns are so much more flexible, and on top of it all, we now see metrics like open rate and ...

Easy to use, very efficient
What do you like best? The ease with which I can create campaigns and broadcasts. The way everything is set up just makes sense. I love that they've recently added a workflow feature, so creating funnels gets even easier. I've contacted customer service a couple of times and they've always helped me really well - they're quick to reply and I actually feel like I'm talking to a human being instead of a computer. They really try and help you and are quick to come up with solutions. ...

Drip does what I need fo sho
What do you like best? The format for typing emails and creating engaging messages that help convert is super easy to use and fun to get creative with. What do you dislike? Really nothing. It's low on tech-jargon so I can handle it. That would be the only thing, but it's not! Recommendations to others considering the product: do it man. I hear it integrates a lot better with wordpress than with wix, which is what I use. But that's up to you. What problems are you ...

Big Fan of Drip
What do you like best? I have always been a little skeptic when it comes to email marketing platforms similar to Drip however in just a few days I was hooked and building campaigns, browser abandonment campaigns, lead magnets, and post-experience follow-ups to gain more customer reviews about our business. Drip is a very reliable and user-friendly platform. With little background in email marketing platform experience I was concerned about whether or not I was going to be able fully ...

User Friendly, Successful Delivery, Awesome Features, Good Price
What do you like best? The Platform is very successful at delivering emails to our intended audiences and has so many options to draft email campaigns and broadcasts. What do you dislike? The only thing I struggled with at first was figuring out how to use the tags, but I spoke with a rep and he walked me through everything. Now I totally understand and use tags daily. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very easy to use, successful delivery What problems ...

Drip is awesome
What do you like best? I use their support chat regularly. The support staff is fantastic and knowledgeable What do you dislike? I wish their native plugin for Woocommerce was better. We rely on a third-party tool Recommendations to others considering the product: Always reach out to support and ask for tips and tricks in using the platform What problems are you solving with the product?
