In love with Drip
What do you like best? eCommerce and automation are Drip's bread and butter but it just does everything really well. My favorite part is the Shopify integration and the way you can segment your subscribers based on their actions online. Using Drip to manage my Blog Email List
What do you like best? I like how visual Drip is. You are able to make broadcast and campaign emails with ease. It also integrates with just about anything, which is really helpful. What do you dislike? I've had trouble with my campaign emails going out earlier than the time scheduled. Also, Drip changed their pricing to a cheaper price point, and didn't change what I was being charged. It felt a little untruthful to keep charging me 2x the amount. Marketing automation in a very user friendly manner
What do you like best? It is super user friendly and intuitive to use. It has a lot of advanced features that will help you scale your setup. In terms of functionality by rules and automations, the sky is the limit - it can pretty much do anything you want it to. What do you dislike? Only email marketing tool I recommend for those building a serious ecommerce business
What do you like best? The visual workflow automation builder is powerful yet easy to use! I’ve automated majority of my client’s marketing and customer service functions using it and it saves us a LOT of time. Not to mention it generates LOTs of sales as well! What do you dislike? Does some things well, others not so much!
What do you like best? The UX is good - super easy to navigate and pretty much anyone can log in and work out how to do things. The workflows are great and the feature I use the most. I like the new broadcast UX too - easier to use! What do you dislike? The analytics don't give me the insight I want all of the time - they're really basic and clunky to find what you want. By far the most robust and user friendly email platform I've ever used
What do you like best? Drip is the only platform that could handle the complex automated workflows I wanted to build. The UI is easy, fast, and functional. The variety of options for sorting contacts, setting up rules and triggers, and performing bulk operations is exceptional. Drip is the best eCommerce email marketing platform, handsdown
What do you like best? Drip's 'Shopper API' and deep integration with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento is exceptional. It allows us to target any conceivable customer segment based on their shopping activity and geography. Their ROI reporting is outstanding. What do you dislike? There is very to dislike. Love Drip and Their Customer Service
What do you like best? Their customer care team and reps always go above and beyond to help. They're constantly releasing updates and their dashboards are so user-friendly and are great for screen-shotting and sharing in presentations. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use and results. With their Automated Marketing system, we now send the right email, with the right message, at the right time to the right subscriber.
