Excellent Email Marketing Tool
What do you like best? I love the e-commerce features of Drip, it helps me track what selling and what I can do to better serve my customers. What do you dislike? There's not really a downside. The pricing is a bit steep but my sales make up for it each month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My open rate and clicks are higher since joining Drip and I'm able to track what content is most valuable for my audience and provide ...

Fast and awesome support for novice marketers!
What do you like best? Their customer service is friendly and helpful. They are able to guide you through much of the needed marketing automation. The features in Drip are advanced and versatile. You can pretty much do automation. There are also plenty of marketing resources. What do you dislike? Initially, it may be difficult for a beginner in email marketing to use. It will take some time to get used to using all the features and understanding how it works. Some improvements ...

Mary's great review of Drip
What do you like best? That anyone, even if you don't know anything about email marketing, can figure it out. What do you dislike? I don't like that it takes up a lot of memory on my computer and I have some issues with how the workflows aren't responsive (they get really squished). Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend loking into what your biggest needs are. If you're just sending a newsletter once a month, it's probably not the right fit, ...

The #1 eCommerce Email Customer Management Solution
What do you like best? Shopify integration is top notch. The ability to create automated systems that tie in with ad campaigns is so easy compared to something like Marketo or Shopify. What do you dislike? I can't use it with my B2B websites. Drip is designed as an eCommerce email solution, and in fact they won't let you sign up as a customer if you're trying to do something with your B2B email campaigns. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're ...

Extremely robust email marketing tool.
What do you like best? The number of features offered and workflow interface in my opinion are unmatched. The ease of navigation is great and intuitive. The email templates are beautifully designed. The campaign templates make new funnel creation much quicker. What do you dislike? Compared to similar tools, I find it to be a bit over priced. I have recommended drip to a number of people and the price has deterred many. The Sendowl integration is extremely lacking. Many ...

Great Platform, Powerful Capabilities, Poor Leadership
What do you like best? The automation tools are top shelf! With Drip you can do incredibly complex email marketing automations in very simple and accessible ways. What do you dislike? Customer support is at a sharp decline. Shorter support hours, fewer support options, and longer queue times for live chat. Should you choose to email your support request, expect to wait four to five business days for any type of reply. Recommendations to others considering the product: Drip ...

Best in market Ecommerce email + automation
What do you like best? Drip makes it easy for me to reach the right people in my audience with the right offers. Their workflows and automations are seriously the best in the market for Ecommerce and Shopify stores. (I say that as someone who has worked in email marketing for over a decade). What do you dislike? Support windows for live chat used to extend into the night - which was great when I was pulling a late night on a project. Now? Support ends at 5pm Central (which is 3pm ...
