Very Powerful and Clean Interface.
What do you like best? I like the clean UI and analytics. It's very refreshing to see simplicity on my dashboard. What do you dislike? Good features with somewhat frequent downtimes
What do you like best? Really solid features for broadcast emails, creating campaigns, building workflows, and integrations. What do you dislike? Downtime. As much as I hate to admit it, there are a lot of times when I log into Drip and I can't see any stats for my email marketing because the server is down. Slightly confusing, maybe better for product based businesses and ecommerce?
What do you like best? I like the tone of Drip, cheeky, contemporary and refreshing. The layout was also very easy to navigate, modern and fun. Overall, I like it in theory but struggled to apply its use best in practice. I love the suggested drip email sequences, wish there was more of these for different business purposes! Worked with ~5 other marketing platforms and drip is my favorite.
What do you like best? The broadcasts, workflows, and rules all work really nicely together to give you automated marketing when you want it or a more bulk message when you need it. What do you dislike? Forms, lead collection, and landing pages. They all need work - the quality of their list building tools is so far not great but I know they are working on it. So easy to use!
What do you like best? I really appreciate having templates for emails and examples of how to do things - for someone who is a relative novice this is a game changer. I also appreciate their attention to revenue earned.... after all we're in business! What do you dislike? I don't know if it's me or it's Drip but sometimes tech overwhelms me. Quick, easy, and effective!
What do you like best? I love the ease with which I'm able to create a broadcast email and I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time - I can simply use a prior email as a template and update it. Drip has been super helpful automating our follow-ups
What do you like best? The workflows have been helpful for automating our follow-ups What do you dislike? There can sometimes be a delay when sending emails which is annoying when we're trying to send a fast customer response to an order What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using Drip to capture leads for software trials

Drip empowered to make 1.5M in 2020
What do you like best? Drip just works. Its so easy to get started. Drip out of the box does exactly what you'd hope out of a CRM. I sell an online course and I trigger messages based on where a user starts on my website. What do you dislike? I wish in workflows I could add specific dates for emails to get sent out instead of just delays. Like in some cases I add customers to a workflow for a live event but these customers buy it at different days so its tough to setup a delay ...

They are the BEST
What do you like best? The program is easy to use, and helps boost sales more than we could have ever imagined. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes about this company - they are the best. Recommendations to others considering the product: TRY IT , on the lowest end we make 10K more then we pay for the service each month. What problems are you solving with the product? Everything I need, intuitively
What do you like best? The automations and e-commerce are all so smart and intuitive and right there without breaking the wallet, it also integrates with all of my apps and e-commerce platforms What do you dislike?
