User friendly visual automation builder
What do you like best? The visual nature of workflows makes it really easy to see the journey people will take. What do you dislike? The email builder (inclduing the visual builder) still lags behind Mailchimp and klaviyo. An upgraded email builder would, in my mind, put drip.com miles ahead of the competition. Recommendations to others considering the product: Understand that the visual builder has significant limitations. Integration with woocommerce, shopify, and other ...

A great and easy way to communicate

Very happy with their service
What do you like best? I love that you can create automated email chains for all sorts of events that can happen on your website or behaviors customers take. I love how you can add customers to Facebook audiences in these chains and make use of a/b split testing What do you dislike? I wish there were a bit more tutorials to watch on even more strategies that could be used. Though the tutorials that are available are extremely well done and cover all the basics! Recommendations ...

Great system, very robust, outstanding reporting, little bit of a learning curve
What do you like best? The system can really do so much between workflows, automation, and broadcasts/campaigns. The support is excellent and it connects to a number of outside systems to control flow and collect email addresses. The reporting on broadcasts is really stellar! It's super easy to build campaigns with the template builder and you can do split-testing for both subject lines and design, which is very helpful. Also, love that it ties in seamlessly with our ticketing software ...

Already recommending Drip
What do you like best? Drip has advanced functionality which is impressive. It’s easy to use and tech support has been fast and thorough. What do you dislike? I’d love more flexibly on campaign settings and how these relate to unsubscribes. So the first email can be transactional in a campaign and then it can switch to commercial. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip let’s me look after customers and potential customers with ...

The best email marketing tool I've used.
What do you like best? The depth of automation but ease of use. What do you dislike? I haven't seen an easy way to send one off emails to a list. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to automatically respond to users while building new lists is amazing. The compatibility with other software that I use to integrate is great.
