Easy interface, very flexible
What do you like best? The user-friendly interface is attractive and easy to use. It's simple to add new people and set up broadcasts. What do you dislike? The navigation is a little counter-intuitive. I also wish that lists of my People were by their first name and not email. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing my large list of social media ...

Automatic Emails and Broadcasts Made Easy
What do you like best? Customer management including adding emails (whether single addresses, a list of addresses, or a spreadsheet) is super easy and it tracks who's unsubscribed in the past, etc. If you accidentally delete one or more, they're not permanently blocked (this is why I left my last provider). What do you dislike? It took me a hot minute to realize that their terminology was different than what I was used to and I do wish there were more simple custom tools for ...

Drip is a game changer!
What do you like best? Easy to use user interface with dark mode, easy and visual automation builders. What do you dislike? Forms could have more functionality and tags should have an option to be organized as it can get messy with 100+ tags. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip is a great CRM for what we need at the moment. Integrates with all our tools for membership site and works great. It’s easy to use and fast.

So much better than Mailchimp
What do you like best? I love the workflows and automation. You can set up triggers and checks to filter out or add subscribers automatically to a campaign or a broadcast. I also love the integrations, the WooCommerce integration lets us see how much revenue we've received through a specific email we've sent. It's also amazing that we can use a lot of systems we are already using to integrate to Drip, makes our lives easier. If you are running ads on Facebook this is incredible as you ...

Don't do business with them
What do you like best? The program is easy to use, and helps boost sales more than we could have ever imagined. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes about this company - they are the best. Recommendations to others considering the product: TRY IT , on the lowest end we make 10K more then we pay for the service each month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reengaging customers, and boosting sales.

Couldn't imagine not using Drip
What do you like best? Super easy to organise my contacts and communicate with them. Love the Shopify integration. What do you dislike? Chat support has gone for the lower level accounts. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organising all my contacts and communicating with them effectively depending on what stage they are in their customer journey.

Continuous marketing with extensive analysis.
What do you like best? Drip for us is a broad marketing system and what we like the most is that its tools are varied and extensive and allow us to create, edit, improve campaigns and at the same time be able to distribute, the other additional characteristics is that it allows us to receive an analysis where in detail we It shows which were the positive or negative parts regarding the comments of the users to the campaigns, however it can improve. What do you dislike? The system ...

Drip is my favorite platform!
What do you like best? I love that Drip has so much capability and I love how it simplifies the funnel process with the straight-forward and easy to follow workflows and rules to connect things together. What do you dislike? Since Drip does have limits in its integrations, it can make doing some things more difficult. It would be really great, for example, if Drip had even more capabilities within integrations, such as specific PayPal purchases, and if it had more integrations. ...

their technical support is unstable but still manage to be the best
What do you like best? One of the things that we are most satisfied with is your system since it has a very powerful one integrated with shopify Another thing that we like about Drip is that it is extremely easy and intuitive to create automated email sequences. It also has a great variety of templates, which makes the creation process easier. What do you dislike? The only problem that we have gotten cold is that sometimes their technical support is unstable, sometimes they answer ...

Great platform, great customer service
What do you like best? Drip is a great tool - it has a great user interface. I have used it to create email templates and segment email lists, and it really helped redefine email strategy all together. It was intuitive and easy to use with great customer service and a comprehensive knowledge documentation hub that makes it easy to get used to the tool. Also, there are tons of integrations - I used Drip specifically with eCommerce brands and the Shopify integration made it so easy. ...
