What do you like best about Drift? The flexibility of booking meetings & the intelligence behind the bot to route leads correctly. What do you dislike about Drift? Enrichment on Drift can be stronger. But I understand it is highly influenced by GDPR compliance. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Drift allows high-intent leads to directly get in touch with a representative by shortening the steps needed, thus shortening the sales cycle as well.

"Easy to handle chat bot"

What do you like best about Drift? - I can use it to leverage my pipeline - Is that it allows me to leave notes for peers, while I'm in a chat with a prospect. What do you dislike about Drift? I haven't discovered anything about Drift , that I dislike What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Drift allows our prospects to get in touch with us directly and not via a contact form that keeps them waiting for an answer

The most helpful thing our team enjoyed about Drift was how well it integrated into our CRM and allowed for great routing and qualifying questions to get a visitor to the right representative. What do you dislike about Drift? "My team loved Drift"

What do you like best about Drift? Drift provided my team an additional channel for leads that our standard lead channels couldn't. It was immediate, in real-time and these leads were hotter than leads from other channels, mainly because you catch them AS they're thinking of you and not after the fact.
