I haven't discovered anything about Drift , that I dislike What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Drift? Drift provided my team an additional channel for leads that our standard lead channels couldn't. It was immediate, in real-time and these leads were hotter than leads from other channels, mainly because you catch them AS they're thinking of you and not after the fact.
