Great support and ease of use
A great platform to use with all the necessary features. I especially like the ability to use the live chat feature to get instant answers which has proved very helpful. Our Account manager Amit is great at providing insights and keeps us up to date with the latest updates.

Helpful staff and an easy platform to use!
Our experience with DotDigital so far has been excellent. The platform is straightforward to use and the Live Chat feature is ideal for any queries, with staff always on hand to assist. Our Account Manager; Imran Jilani has been particularly helpful and quick to respond when we've had questions about our account.

Working with Sean and the dotdigital…
Working with Sean and the dotdigital team for over a decade now, and he has always been proactive in suggesting solutions and flexible to our needs. In my most recent communication with him, he was thoughtful and after some negotiations, he provided a solution which I was very happy with.

Amazing Platform & Support Team
After using the platform for 2+ years the standard of support received by our account manager Freddie is excellent.
