Great platform and support team. We've been with DotDigital for 12m now and can't speak highly enough about the company. The platform gives me everything i need and the team are always there to support and assist if needed.

Invested in our success
We started working with Dotdigital in August 2023, we needed to change ESPs quite quickly and they were up to the task, responding quickly and finding solutions to our challenges. The whole team has been supportive, they respond quickly to our questions and are invested in our success. Special shout-out to Jeri and Ashley, it has been a pleasure working with them.

Solid platform with great support
Dotdigital is a rock solid email platform that's flexible and easy to use. Whenever I've encountered any issues or needed pointing in the right direction regarding using certain features, the support team have always been really quick at getting back to me with help and guidance.
