Dotmailer is simple to use and the automation makes my life so much easier.

What do you like best? The ability to automate and set up templates is are the features I like the most. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that you can not organize the pictures by folders What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dotmailer allows me to stay in contact with my clients and survey send outs are so easy. The automation allows me to get surveys out to clients with ease.

What do you like best? I like the fact if I need to get hold of Dotmailer for any reason, they are extremely responsive. What do you dislike? I'd like my transactional emails to not have so many random numbers and dot mailer address in. Our customers can sometimes get confused when they see the email from dot and not us. Comprehensive ESP: More than we need!

What do you like best? Dotmailer has so much to offer - I love the automation and segmentation capabilities, though I don't fully know how or have time to maximize them. I also love the easy form creator and landing page functionality. It makes running campaigns and special promos easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? for a non user the web page to take a look on your KPI's are very user friendly; What do you dislike? sometimes i can't do double clicks, i need to go back to the preview page and click to see what i need. What do you like best? Magenton's seamless intergration with Dotmailer makes this a tool that anyone using the Magento platform should have. Simple email builder with so-so UX

What do you like best? I primarily just use the email builder portion of the platform. I like that reporting is easy to view and dropping in external codes (i.e. dynamic blocks from 3rd party platforms) is simple. The tools in general for email builder is simple and easy to learn. What do you like best? Tighter integration with Magento. Ability to have automations. Surveys & Texting ability. Awesome Platform

What do you like best? It's super powerful, and the way we can bring in our products and market them is exceptional. The way we can utilize variables and product data is unlike any other email platform I have played around with, while also not having to shell out an arm and a leg. Fair pricing, powerful platform. What do you like best? Dotmailer is intuitive and super easy-to-use, even for people like us who are not programmers. Pretty Great, but Has It's Faults

What do you like best? I went from using MailChimp to using dotmailer. I was thrilled with the basic construction of emails and managing contacts. The fact that I could make blocks with different numbers of columns on the fly had me in love. It is very easy to construct an email and send it out.
