What do you like best? This platform is very easy to use and great for beginners. What do you dislike? Template creation has not been the easiest of tasks. Also, the lists features can be easier to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to segment lists has been a great help.

What do you like best? wsywyg is pretty intuitive and easy to use to create a new campaign. What do you dislike? managing address books and segments is a royal pain in the butt. What do you like best? The robust platform is so much better than I have been using previously. I love the Preview tool and being able to see the email display across so many different browsers. What do you dislike? I wish that you offered more information for Spam filtering and what should be improved.
