What do you like best? This platform is very easy to use and great for beginners. What do you dislike? Template creation has not been the easiest of tasks. Also, the lists features can be easier to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to segment lists has been a great help.

What do you like best? We love using Dotmailer as it is super easy to navigate and makes training new employees a breeze. What do you dislike? Dotmailer is simple to use and the automation makes my life so much easier.

What do you like best? The robust platform is so much better than I have been using previously. I love the Preview tool and being able to see the email display across so many different browsers. What do you dislike? I wish that you offered more information for Spam filtering and what should be improved. I also don't like that when you use the strikethrough tool, it also underlines the text (when the text is hyperlinked). This is annoying to remember to go back and fix. ...

What do you like best? I like the fact if I need to get hold of Dotmailer for any reason, they are extremely responsive. What do you dislike? I'd like my transactional emails to not have so many random numbers and dot mailer address in. Our customers can sometimes get confused when they see the email from dot and not us. Simple email builder with so-so UX

What do you like best? I primarily just use the email builder portion of the platform. I like that reporting is easy to view and dropping in external codes (i.e. dynamic blocks from 3rd party platforms) is simple. The tools in general for email builder is simple and easy to learn. What do you dislike? The general UX for the email builder is poorly designed and I notice consistent bugs.
