What do you like best? It is easy to use, has options for segmentation. Also, what I really enjoy is - when my main marketing person is not available, I get an approval request if someone else is sending a newsletter. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's pretty easy to use and it's easy to find info on how to create campaigns or automation online. What do you dislike? At first it's not simple to catch all features included in the software... But again really easy to find all the info you need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mass emailing and customer segmentation in our email campaign.

Focused and reliable email client

What do you like best? The Inbox Preview feature is really unique, lets you get a better feel for how your campaign will look when it actually hits your customer's inbox. With a lot of other email clients you're left with just one preview and you hope that's how it looks on their end too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Nuk was our onboarding point of contact and was a great resource for us to be able to get up and running smoothly. She guided us through the process of our email ISP ramp up and ensured we stuck to schedule and had good content. What do you dislike? What do you like best? wsywyg is pretty intuitive and easy to use to create a new campaign. What do you dislike? managing address books and segments is a royal pain in the butt. Easy to use, and great customer support.

What do you like best? I love how easy the templates are to use, with a drag and drop toolbox application that is perfect for new or experienced users. We have taken advantage of the tailored toolbox for several of our emails. What do you dislike? There is not much we dislike. Easy to use interface

What do you like best? I love the ease of making a new template and then the drop and drag action. What do you dislike? Nothing! I find it to be able to do everything I need for my day to day campaign management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dotmailer has made it easy to manage our store purchase activity with our module tie in. We can easily manage automations base don purchase behaviors.
