What do you like best? The best thing about using dotmailer is the easy access to the saved templates. I do not have tp create new template everything for my organization. Moreover also how it shows separate excel for bounced, incorrect or unavailable email address which makes it easy to correct. What do you dislike? Fantastic platform

What do you like best? I've been using the platform for a year and a half now and find it fantastic! I'm not using the full functionality just yet as the platform offers so much. I love the surveys and forms section as it has made my work alot easier and everything is in one place. I love how much you can do with email marketing and the programs you can set up to auto email. What do you like best? I like using the dotdigital platform as it gives me a lot of free reign to create emails that stand out. Very simple and easy to use platform.

What do you like best? Ability to easily set up segmentation of data and the program feature. What do you dislike? There are a few elements missing such as the surveys - some elements are a little 'buggy' and don't work as expected, you also can't send a simple NPS survey inside an email which is a shame. Dotmailer - making customer communication a dream!

What do you like best? The main reason I like using Dotdigital is that it integrates perfectly to the ticketing database system I use (Spektrix) and the streamlined service between the two makes day-to-day marketing jobs a breeze. With Dotdigital you can build and create templates (perfect, don't have to create them each time - huge timesaver!) and it links to my pre-existing customer databases meaning I can easily select who I want to receive what e-mail. What do you like best? The possibility via the platform's functionality to provide ann omnichannel experience and having the right support partners to help you achieve a high level of customer engagement. What do you like best? I have never got to a point with dotdigital where i was unable to do something we needed to implement, the ease of the navigation and site features allow me to figure out exactly how to do each task we set ourselves.
