Easy to use, complete and affordable

What do you like best? Drop and drag interface for emails, forms. Changing the look/feel of emails is easy and doesn't require a designer or programmer. Reporting compare feature is the bomb for looking at side-by-side performance of emails. Love the performance by segment feature for emails, too, using tagging. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy to use it is, very simple layout and it's been simple to train new staff with it regardless of their marketing experience. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My favourite thing about dotdigital is that it is so easy to use, you simply drag and drop content into different fields. Once you are comfortable with the basics there are then so many other features that you can learn about and add to your campaigns. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The email builder, its extremely easy to build and test campaigns for all clients from this. What do you dislike? The chat support, they rarely solve the issue and the majority of the time they don't know what they're doing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the program editor the most, it's simple and makes sense as well as very powerful! What do you dislike? The landing page and form builder, this needs major improvement. What do you like best? I love how user-friendly the platform is. Building eDMs is a very easy and seamless process.
