I like it because it is simple and I enjoy it, in addition to the drag-and-drop console being very intuitive, and it has a great variety of email templates that are excellent, the editing tool is fast, better than any other, and the Visual platform is practical and accessible, and best of all, it is quite easy to create your email templates and you don't need specific technical skills to use. I've really enjoyed working on the Dotdigital platform. I find it really easy to use, and love the reporting, e-comm and automation elements which again provide great value add to our CRM program. What do you like best? I love how versatile it is compared to other programs that I've worked with. I have so many more capabilities here to customize and program an email to look just how I want it to. What do you dislike? Great service, product and customer support

What do you like best? The intuitive design and simple layout makes even complex emails seem easy to make. What do you dislike? Sometimes I get a timeout and my email campaigns are unsaved but I think this is a browser issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have previously used Mailchimp with some sucess but needed a system that could be more automated and clever. Dotdigital has provided this.

What do you like best? I really enjoy working with dotdigital and our Account Manager Ashley. I like the open ethos of testing, learning and growing together.
