Exactly what we needed from a feature-rich, easy-to-use platform
What do you like best? The layout & navigation of the platform is very quick to learn. Putting together automation workflows and setting up segments was a breeze, something that we didn't enjoy with our last email provider. Support team and account manager were super-helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Delivery rates also far surpass those of our last email provider. Excellent Communications Platform that gives a proven return on investment
What do you like best? Simple, easy to use and results based :) The system has numerous benefits including the comprehensive reporting at the back end. We now have the ability to see WHO our most engaged people are - at any given time. We have also been able to identify what days, times and even where best to place links in individual communication pieces - all down to the reporting. Easy to use without sacrifice on features
What do you like best? Compared to other email platforms I've used previously it is just easy. The user interface is easy to navigate, the campaign builders are fantastic, the automation modules make light work of creating smart and intuitive programmes and the APIs are perfect and simple to work with. Frustrating platform
Unintuitive builder and creation funnel. Scant documentation and FAQ. Does not save edits to HTML. Hard to get hold of technical support. In one case had support tell me that I would be contacted soon to help me solve an issue. It took a week to hear anything back. I had to figure out a solution myself in that time.Update: Latest conversation with support was somewhat better. Quicker response.

One call professionals
Whenever I call Dotdigital I am impressed by the level of expertise I receive and that my issue or question is answered by the first person I speak to. They get what I am asking straight away without having to refer me to someone else of a different department and the way that Paul handled my call today is another example of this.Thank you, much appreciated.

What do you like best? I find it an excellent solution for customer retention with a simple and complete interface offering an easy campaign system that can become quite attractive in many ways. Perfect for what we needed at the time
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the platform compared to other platforms I've used in the past, the workflow for emails was easy to follow and allowed me to get on with other work as I knew the emails would be taken care of. When I've needed support its always been very quick to get a response and help out. What do you dislike?
