What do you like best? The whole platform is very indepth and allows you to automate a lot of your marketing which cuts out alot of manual processing. What do you dislike? Despite them being Magento partners there isn't a lot you can do with it on the front end of your website. What do you like best? Best software to create and send automatic digital campaign from email, phones and sms. What do you dislike? There are some limitations while marketing. Otherwise it's best in it form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used this software in my internship for digital marketing. It benefited me a lot, even I received the best intern because of dotdigital engagement cloud.

Great Improvement over our Last Email Provider

Easy to use WYSIWYG drag and drop editor, intuitive mapping of the user flow, great pulling in of dynamic content in emails...overall a better fit for our business than our former provider. Easy to work

What do you like best? The platform allows high customisation of the emails and they provide good and detailed reports. The support service is very good too. What do you dislike? The platform is not exactly straightforward, some of the features like unsubscribed contacts are hard to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It ha helped a lot with the email marketing after GDPR.

Powerful toolbox with some unfortunate issues

What do you like best? The platform ticks a lot of boxes when it comes to its suite of features, and I rarely find myself saying 'no dotdigital cannot do that' when considering the possibilities for a digital marketing campaign. Certainly one of the better SaaS based marketing suites I've used in my career and despite its shortcomings I would certainly recommend it for a team of digital savvy marketers. What do you dislike? A fantastic ESP, easy to use

What do you like best? dotdigital Engagement Cloud is easy to use for all skill levels, with great features for automating our comms with personalised content. Also, if we ever have any issues, the dotdigital support team are always very quick to respond and help. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Building a great looking campaign or a landing page has never been easier. Plus the customer support is really good! What do you dislike? Easy to use system

What do you like best? The Engagement cloud has an easy to use interface that anyone can figure out. The support chat is great and quick to fix any issues, when I can't find the answers in the huge knowledge base and resources. What do you dislike? Swapping between subsections can be frustrating as it reloads to the top every time, eg. What do you like best? DotDigitial is an all round great platform with a great email builder, powerful segmenting and program creation and great customer support. What do you dislike? Sometimes navigating around the site isnt intuitive with the lack of 'back' buttons. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
