Great and easy to use

What do you like best? So easy to use and does everything we need. What do you dislike? No auto save function on it. Some of the admin options are not clear. Recommendations to others considering the product: easy to use and give you loads of reports on the emails What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great platform!

What do you like best? The whole platform is very indepth and allows you to automate a lot of your marketing which cuts out alot of manual processing. What do you dislike? Despite them being Magento partners there isn't a lot you can do with it on the front end of your website. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get on board, other providers do not offer what dot digital do. Even if you arent up to speed on technology their training ensures you will be! ...

Best Email Marketing software

What do you like best? Best software to create and send automatic digital campaign from email, phones and sms. What do you dislike? There are some limitations while marketing. Otherwise it's best in it form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used this software in my internship for digital marketing. It benefited me a lot, even I received the best intern because of dotdigital engagement cloud.

Easy to use WYSIWYG drag and drop editor, intuitive mapping of the user flow, great pulling in of dynamic content in emails...overall a better fit for our business than our former provider. What do you like best? The platform allows high customisation of the emails and they provide good and detailed reports. The support service is very good too. What do you dislike? Powerful toolbox with some unfortunate issues

What do you like best? The platform ticks a lot of boxes when it comes to its suite of features, and I rarely find myself saying 'no dotdigital cannot do that' when considering the possibilities for a digital marketing campaign. What do you like best? The Engagement cloud has an easy to use interface that anyone can figure out. The support chat is great and quick to fix any issues, when I can't find the answers in the huge knowledge base and resources. What do you dislike? Ahead of the competition

What do you like best? DotDigitial is an all round great platform with a great email builder, powerful segmenting and program creation and great customer support. What do you dislike? Sometimes navigating around the site isnt intuitive with the lack of 'back' buttons. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
