Easy to use, but would appreciate more detailed reporting functionality

What do you like best? Really easy to create emails, and the automation program functionality is detailed and intuitive. Support team are quick and helpful, and the company's 'extra-curricular' programming is really great. What do you dislike? I wish there was more capacity for reporting. Would like that to be a more customisable function – not just on campaigns, but on audiences. I wanted to be able to chart mailing list sign-ups over time, but doesn't seem to be possible. ...

What do you like best? The connection with our online store channel manager - real-time information exchange and so it's possible to catch the right pricing in the right moment (controlling unit with competitors). What do you dislike? Reports are available in real-time, but the dashboard shows you the latest and ongoing campaigns and generally the most effective campaigns - not a total list. Simple, effective and incredibly useful business tool

We use dotdigital for our marketing emails and find it a simple and effective platform that works extremely well. I find the analysis tools particularly helpful. The most interesting and useful part of my week is looking over our email results on dotdigital, being able to see what works and what doesn't. It's taken our marketing to a new level.
