An Intuitive Platform to Use with No Silly Snags

dotdigital is the third ESP that I have used and it is by far my favourite. It's easy enough to use for those who don't need to fiddle around in the background and has none of the annoying hiccoughs that can make the relationship with an ESP so fraught. We love the fact that we can make suggestions as to how best improve the platform, and that those sometimes come to fruition. When it comes to segmentation, journey planning and drag and drop creation, I've not seen any better.

There's so many communication avenues available, there's just not enough resource or budget to choose them all! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? dotdigital continues to amaze us with their powerful features and ease of use. Their engagement cloud has been a game changer for us in how we market and personalize; from our website, emails, social and SMS we have it covered with simple workflow automations.

What do you like best? I first like the offered segmention and compaign building through the functional drag and drop functions, and i also have to mention the tracking of various emails campaign capability on this tool.
