Cannot thank Jonathan enough for always supporting our business wants and needs. Not only that but the platform itself is great to use and it's always so quick and easy when you need a problem solving with the online chat system as well as having the support from Jonathan.

Dotdigital user for 3+ years
I have been using Dotdigital for almost 4 years now, the level of support I have received from my account manager and also the support team has been fantastic, no question asked has been met with an issue, also fast on a response and available to chat, the tool itself is fantastic having used other tools in the past, everything from beginning of an email campaign all the through to reporting on the campaign is great. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Best Customer Support & Great Features
We're using dotdigital for ecommerce and it's one of the most complete platform to use for Email and SMS. The Analytics tab is superb. Chris is by far the best customer success manager I've had in my 10 years in the industry. Constant, reliable and quick action/response.

Excellent Support
We have been using DotDigital for around 6 months now and have had such a positive experience. Any time we've had to submit a support request, a response was received within the hour. The team has been all around great from onboarding to support. Our customer success manager, Alex Gleizer, has also been great with answering questions and offering advice. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use.

Great experience, amazing support!

I reach out to Support through your chat option and every single time I am given answers to the question I am seeking.
