They are always there to help and quick to respond
They were there every step of the way with us. We had a tight turnaround time for our launch, and they were there for every question, qualm and concern. Even now when we have questions several months in to going it alone, their customer service has quick turn around time and always makes sure that we are happy with their answer before the close the ticket it. Would 100% recommend!

DotDigital has been a breeze to use
DotDigital has been a breeze to use; it integrates well with other platforms and generates useful reports for our sales team. The onboarding process was in-depth, and the team ensured that we could use the platform straight away and get the most out of it. The help desk team was knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests.

Responsive and helpful support
DotDigital were very responsive with our request for a 'technical meeting' that was necessary to iron-out some issues with our API integration. The meeting itself was very useful, with our developer talking directly with theirs and due to this, we managed to implement a fix within 3 days of the meeting.

Fairly new to DotDigital but extremely impressed already!
I am fairly new to DotDigital; I was quite resistant to move from the platform we were already using. Carlus provided virtual training and he was exceptional; thanks to him I am now very confident in using DotDigital and very eager to explore all its options! I would highly recommend it!

Great customer service!
The customer service with dotdigital is great! I am so pleased that we have an account manager like Pryscilla to help us with our email marketing campaigns. She is always so quick to respond to emails with recommendations on how to optimize our campaigns and even goes the extra mile to walk me through step-by-step when I’m having trouble implementing new ideas. Thank you Pryscilla and dotdigital for great customer service!
