Incredible support team!
Dotdigital is incredibly user-friendly with a robust support team that is always ready to help you out when needed. Our Customer Success Manager, Eunice Ng, is incredibly responsive and her guidance has made working with Dotdigital an absolute breeze. Simple, Effective Mass Marketing
Dot Digital is an easy to use, powerful mass marketing tool. It's incredibly simple to create HTML emails and forms that look beautiful, have great functionality and that I can track through the fantastic analyitics suite. I rarely encountered any issues, but when I did, Jay our account manager (great name by the way!) was always on hand to resolve things. Couldn't reccomend enough!

Great Communication & Automation Platform
DotDigital has been a fantastic communication & automation tool for us. We were part of the migration away from Bronto (when they reached end-of-life) and I would consider our decision to go with Dotdigital to be a success. Their email builder is flexible and fun, their automation programs are only as limited as your imagination, and their segmentation tools are flawless. DotDigital is incredibly easy to use even for a beginner at handling CRM. User-friendly interface, reliable platform, and a joy to operate. Great platform - would recommend!
I've had a great experience with Dotdigital. I've used the platform for just over 2 years. It's intuitive, easy to use, and the team behind the live chat have been super helpful - always really quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble.
