"Cuts down major time in my day when I'm on back to back calls"
What do you like best about Dooly? Ease of use. As soon as I bring up a google cal meeting the button for Dooly is right there above my "join Zoom meeting" button. As I'm on the call I can take notes and then link it right to a Salesforce Contact, opp or account! I don't even have to go into Salesforce to update my notes! "Never have to wait for SFDC again."
What do you like best about Dooly? It's fast, like really fast. Updating Salesforce is so easy now. I no longer have to wait for tabs to load and my supervisor to harass me about updating the CRM. Also the playbooks feature has been a really neat thing to explore! What do you dislike about Dooly? Not alot. It syncs with everything. "My Sales Lifeline"
What do you like best about Dooly? Pipeline visualization makes it incredibly simple to know where I stand and stack up against my peers at any point in the month. My call process is less complicated (if complicated at all...). It makes handoffs from AE to CS a BREEZE. *Bonus I literally never have to go into SalesForce, which means I love my life now. "I hardly have to open Salesforce anymore!"
What do you like best about Dooly? Before Dooly, I was constantly having to navigate from a competitive tool to Salesforce to update records. Being able to see all of my open opportunities in one, simple view has saved me a tremendous amount of time on admin work. What do you dislike about Dooly? "Very helpful tool for my calls - time saving!"
What do you like best about Dooly? I really like that there are different functions in the text area. For example, I can fill in Salesforce fields directly within the text section that easily get synced to salesforce. I really like that I can go back in the calendar and see my past notes for particular days. "Great product that is seamless for making updates to SFDC"
What do you like best about Dooly? The UI is simple but easy to use. It allows for me in a matter of minutes to make key updates during customer calls or making changes to my forecast in SFDC. What do you dislike about Dooly? There is not much that I would change about Dooly TBH. It's probably the technology I use the most in my day to day in addition to Slack, Workspace, and SFDC. UX could be better - a sync all function would be nice What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? SF notes are not really functional - dooly really makes it easy to have visibility into the history and strategies on accounts

"Great tool"
What do you like best about Dooly? It saves so much time. Taking notes in SF can be cumbersome, this is just so much easier. Especially love the GCal connection. What do you dislike about Dooly? Could be easier to mirror notes across accounts, opps and contacts What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Taking notes on Demos, easily and quickly.

What do you like best about Dooly? That it syncs beautifully with Salesforce and I can make tasks for myself as well as add contacts through it. It makes me way more efficient!
