Eine gute Idee und das Tool ist auch durchaus nett für die Nutzer, daher wollten wir es auch nutzen für unsere Arbeitsverträge. Als wir als Firma (KMU) dieses also nutzen wollten und haben uns beraten lassen,, konnten wir dabei leider nur einen sehr schlechten Eindruck vom Unternehmen gewinnen. What do you like best about DocuSign? The design and flow works really well. Whenever we send it to a client to complete, they always can figure it out. This could be a confusing product on the surface, but they do a really good job of keeping it intuitive. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? It is intuitive and easy to use. Tells the status of documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The envelope is confusing. I find it difficult to determine right plan required. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Move documents securely and in the right order without person-to-person contact.

Site extrêmement invasif et inquiétant qui vous fait scanner 10 fois votre pièce d identité, prend le contrôle de votre téléphone et vous dit que la chose est finalisée alors que c est faux et que ça vous plante votre RV de signature d acte. Service client francophone exclusivement anglophone (!). Autre numéro supposé français qui laisse indéfiniment en attente.Gros soucis de plantage à répétition, injoignables. Rubbish company do not waste your time.

I wish I could give less than one star. DocuSign is rubbish. I tried to send documents and every time I had problems. I open a case and they were not able to solve the problem. I found a way of doing using pdf and filling the document on their website which is far from ideal. However, if one person of the persons have signed and you find an error you cannot amend, you have to do it all again which is ridiculous. Poor platform with very limited options. Horrible customer service.

Service lamentable. Ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de finaliser la signature d'un document. Le helpdesk contacté renvoi la faute a la société Ariadnext qui elle renvoi vers Docusign...

The absolute trash CSR

The absolute, thought xfinity or Comed was worse until Docusign. a supervisor will gladly get back to you in 24-48hrs, but of course, with a time sensitive document that does not help. so much for helping people buy homes with docusign. go for dotloop, at least they are less offensive.

The administration of the software is unnecessarily complicated to get set up. No one from support is helpful or knows what they are talking about. Takes a week to do anything.
