What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the ease of use. Merge fields are a breeze. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sometimes it is difficult to troubleshoot where any sending errors are in our Salesforce integration. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? "Does everything we need!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love that I can send documents for my clients to sign with just an email address! It makes the process so much faster than waiting for the paper mail to go out, the client to receive and sign it, and mail it back. The postage was a hassle, stuffing envelopes takes time, and it's a waste of paper when we can do it digitally. I got an email from someone with a topic AF:FW:DocuSign. When I contacted the email address in the sent field they know nothing about docusign and they are getting emails from docusign saying undeliverables. What is wrong with your system?

Bad Customer Service

If I could leave 0 it would better serve as an accurate statement. After 10 years of being a client Docu Sign has now proven to be the worst at customer service including no help at all! Horrible company! I switched to Authenti Sign today!

What do you like best about DocuSign? I enjoy the ease in being able to either download the app, access the website through a desktop or use this on a tablet.
