"Signing on the go!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Ability to sign documents on my phone without having to log into my computer. What do you dislike about DocuSign? At first you have to set up your signature a little time consuming. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits I've found is that I'm able to access and deliver documents anytime of the day no matter the location.

"Docusign simply makes life easier"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy it is to send out documents to my clients, make changes to contracts on the fly & correct and resend contracts What do you dislike about DocuSign? The only thing I don't love is monthly fee it's a little high but it is worth the cost as it's best in class in my opinion What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending contracts electronically via mobile or desktop and the simplicity to sign them from any device!

Scam Practice!

I paid a yearly plan and its going to expire in October 2021 as stated on the website. I decided that I might not need the service the second year as I was not sending out that much contracts anymore so I clicked on Cancel Subscription. Once I cancelled the subscription, the website told me that my plan will turn in to a free plan on the 2nd of August!!! This is really a hideous and low-life way of scamming your customers and robbing their trusts.

Utter incompetence

Asked for a Nob Disclosure Agreement in an alternative name. I was understandably asked to confirm the request which I did not, so DocuSign sent document anyway, signed but undated and no title to signature. When I phoned to speak to head of uk sales I was told that was not possible. I would rather use one of the many other software companies out there. Avoid this one.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Electronic signatures. Super easy to use, free for single user and personal use. Saves time and paper printing! What do you dislike about DocuSign? I use a free version and it suits all of my needs - electronic signatures for personal documents What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? As mentioned above, I save time and paper by not having to print it out. It's easy to use and I can easily send or download myself a copy.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the ease of use of DocuSign. Very user-friendly. Upload your documents and send them off. I use DocuSign to send our employees in the field documents, and they can sign them right from their phone in minutes. I love using it and they do too! What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't particularly appreciate having to pay for a bigger plan to have certain features. We would have to upgrade to send DocuSign via text message. I understand why but ...

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign seems to be one of the most user-friendly signing apps I've tried. Great for clients who have never used remote signing software. Worst customer experience I have…

Worst customer experience I have received. I tried to cancel my subscription 4-5 times now, no one confirms if they cancelled it or not and I can't remove my card on file. They are the worst.
