"Time Saver"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love being able to send a contract to a customer and never have to leave my office What do you dislike about DocuSign? It is a great product, and there isn't anything I dislike about it. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to worry about a customer being able to make changes to a contract without missing it

I am no longer an employee of a company…

I am no longer an employee of a company and I cannot delete the Docusign account from my phone. Docusign insists on verification through an email account which I no longer have. I have no choice but to totally delete the app from my phone and move to another service

Why can't DocuSign answer this question: Did a stranger use their platform to spam me?

On 8/17, I received an email from DocuSign saying that I had received a file from a Sender I didn't recognize. Assuming the email was spam, I logged directly onto my DocuSign account, only to find there was in fact a message with 2 attachments. I downloaded the files to my desktop. One attachment was an activity summary pdf that showed the file and message were created and completed minutes before. It also showed that a copy of the same message had been sent to a telemedicine company I ...

"Makes signing quick and easy"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The best part of docusign is that you can assign all the components needed for a specific document and then send it to the signator. The person just needs to click through the autopopulated fields and it will complete the document. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It can be confusing to assign a document you need to assign to yourself, you still use "send envelope" to yourself and assign the fields and then click through them yourself to sign ...

"Poor Communication but excellent product"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is easy to use, understand and manage What do you dislike about DocuSign? The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and there is no help. The account managers do not explain things to you, and they are not customer-friendly. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? The software is manageable for computer savvy or less experienced users. It is very reliable and effecient.

C'est franchement incompréhensible le…

C'est franchement incompréhensible le fonctionnement. On perd un temps fou pour essayer de comprendre le fonctionnement de docusign. C'est vraiment pas très clair et pas du tout ergonomique.Rien ne vaut le bon vieux stylo.

If there was a lower rating, I would put it in here. They are constantly making mistakes with their forms. Their customer service is non existent. because they serve to collect $$$ and not serve their customers. The forms that they offer do not cover the obvious extra needed items that are available at the corner stationary. In short, it's amazing that they don't have folks lining up to drop their service for all time.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It gives you the ability to create templates for seamless repeat use. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It is sometimes difficult to manipulate templates. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign allows us to send out agreements for secure signature.
