This company is truly awful and I believe they're fraudulently charging their customers. I've been a client for 6+ years and every renewal period I'm contacted to be sure the numbers of active users is correct before they charge my credit card. This did not happen this year and I was overcharged for inactive users. I've tried and tried to contact them with no response. Their online support system is a total joke. Moreover, Docusign can be intergrated with many softwares, but the software that we intergate Docusign with is Greenhouse. Die Ladezeit der Seiten ist wirklich sehr langsam. Auch als ich meine Abrechnungen sehen wollte für meine Buchhaltung kam jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung mit der Aufforderung ich solle es doch später nocheinmal versuchen.

This company has several f'd up factors. The first is if you don't commit to electronic signature you can't review/download the document beforehand. Then they don't allow multiple signers from the same computer/device. They also don't inform that you shouldn't replace the default signature with another signers signature because undisclosed they are associating signer with email account and don't allow multiple signers.
