What do you like best about DocuSign? In our experience, we've seen a higher positive response rate when we send documents through DocuSign when compared to attaching a PDF to an email. What do you like best about DocuSign? Ease of use, it is very intuitive to use and save so much time over printing and hand signing documents What do you dislike about DocuSign? The only downside is that there are still some organizations that require hand signatures What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? When multiple people have to sign a single document DocuSign makes it very easy to collect them all and then save to a file.

One of the worst bits of technology I have ever encountered. Docusign is a byzantine mess. I spend twice as long trying to figure out how to use it than I do actually using it. Just spent over an hour trying to fix an incorrect email address. Even called tech support. Nothing he had me do fixed it. Same bad email address is there and there is apparently no way to edit it. I have no choice but to use Docusign because my company switched to it from Dotloop, which is so much easier to use. ...

Extremely poor service and keeps your money

Extremely poor service. First of all they make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Second they withdraw your money even though you cancel your subscription before next payment. When you open a support request they do not answer. The company is breaking the law.
