"Very user friendly on both the sender and the signer."

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of which the program functions. It is easy to explain to clients and editable in case there is a mistake that needs to be corrected. What do you dislike about DocuSign? When you delete the document if it hasn't been signed correctly, it sends an email automatically to the recipient which can be confusing. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I am creating onboarding opportunities for the company quickly and effectively.

If I could give it zero starts I would. Unbelievably un-user friendly system. Spent 3 weeks now trying to pay for my renewal which they don't seem to be able to do, so my account remains suspended. FFS.

What do you dislike about DocuSign? slow when voiding sent documents, also Hate that the custom signatures take a little bit do do. Horrific software that also…

Horrific software that also proliferated into the government sector for processing some applications - it’s full of bugs. Impossible to complete the tasks. Customer service non existent. Combined with the government agency produces an epic effect of sheer incompetence.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how intuitive the dashboard is. We have it integrated with Salesforce and I appreciate the notifications when the contract is viewed or signed. Using DocuSign has helped get the agreement signed by both parties and notifies me when the envelope is completed. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It isn't always the easiest to use or as simple as other e-sign software. Because of the integration with Salesforce, I rarely use the actual dashboard. ...
