Requested multiple call backs from…
Requested multiple call backs from managers, customer service is horrible. It says my “trial has expired” after prepaying an entire year and I can’t even use the service I paid for. I recommend looking elsewhere

"Speedy digital signatures"
What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of use and speed of signing a legal contract. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The interface and UI still feels a bit dated and clunky. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Easy integration too! What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I have used it as an end user many times and it makes signing legal contracts effortless.

"Easy to use"
What do you like best about DocuSign? It's simple to send and receive back. It's much more convenient than having to go to an office or to print off an email, scan it and send it back. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Nothing. I think it's so convenient to use. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: DocuSign is a great service. What do you like best about DocuSign? It's easy integration into the systems I use every day, like Active Campaign What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't really have any dislikes for docusign What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving the issues of getting an ready to go contract to my clients and be able to edit the contract for future clients

Mislead into signing 3 year contract
PROS: The product is good - not doubting that at all. It works well and is a great product. CONS: The support team is outsourced and have no idea about actual details of your account. The sales team mislead us into signing a long term contract and they will not let us cancel or restructure. The local sales team also do not respond to emails and do not care about you once you sign your contract. I would suggest just signing up with a web account - do not sign any contract. Hidden terms = untrustworthy
For a company whose product is about trust, it beggars belief that very harsh limitations on use are buried out of sight in their terms and conditions. 100 documents per year max, or £2.40 per document signed. What a racket.

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is undoubtedly the best tool for creation of secure and easy to sign sales documents and contracts What do you dislike about DocuSign? Honestly, there is not much to dislike about the tool. It's straight forward, gives tons of visibility and it's ease of use can't be beat. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Secure contracts, visibility into when a customer or new contract signed views or signs the contracts.
