"Excellent eSignature software for all your contract needs"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Not only does DocuSign save time to having to physically go and sign contracts, it also has other plans besides the free version to negotiate for pricing contracts which is amazing. It's fantastic to be able to sign, send, and save all of your documents electronically as well. No more printed copies needed! What do you dislike about DocuSign? I would give -0 if I could! Signed up for one time single usage, since then(months later they’re still billing)! I’ve sent a ton of emails and called several times and all calls are disconnected once I let them know the reason for my calls! I’ve still have yet to get this resolved!!! Terrible company and customer service!!!

I wish I could give no stars at all. This is absolutely a waste of time. It’s complicated and frustrating and I’ve given up trying!

It's professional, customizable, and I appreciate that the visually impaired are able to utilize the platform, digest the document, and sign. What do you like best about DocuSign? It's very easy for our customers to use DocuSign and follow the process. What do you dislike about DocuSign? At times, we are sent to "offshore" support even as an Enterprise Account. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Our contract implementation timelines have reduced by 75% when DocuSign was launched and implemented.

Awful experience!

Awful experience! I was trying to sign the document but there was a problem with this identification process which I find unnecessary and irritating. So there was this person asking me to wave my hands in the camera which was already stupid enough and then he asked me to show my identification (which in my case is my passport) and he asked me to tilt it to see some imaginary dots (there are no dots there), he kept asking me repeatedly to tilt it so he could see the dots even though there ...

disgusting work practices

wow! this company is shockingly bad. i realised that they had taken money from my account without my permission, no email receipt, no invoice, nothing at all and therefore the money was taken from my account illegally. i closed down my account and asked for an immediate refund as i refuse to part my money to such a company
