I wanted to cancel my subscription/service. I was asked for my email so they could email me and I could in return provide a written confirmation. No problem. Thing is that I didn't realize another email I use was on file so I provided the wrong one. "Christopher" did not verify that the email I provided matched what was listed on the account. This is warm trash. This whole system is a swing and a miss. There are so many unnecessary steps in creating documents, adding details, then additional steps are required to go to another location within the web based format and add signatures, sign documents, etc. it’s completely unnecessary and a waste of time. Be very aware of this company I don't know how they got my email address but I kept getting stupid emails off them I have sent them an email asking them to stop sending me them no reply and even more emails now offering a discount there's no unsubscribe link They should be reported for harassment I would of given them -5 if I could and judging by other reviews so would everyone else
